The terms for playing Darezo.
These terms apply to the Darezo: Truth or Dare app made by QuantumPlug Technologies LLP. By using Darezo you agree to them.

1. Licence
QuantumPlug Technologies LLP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Darezo on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Please do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app or its content.
2. Age
Darezo can be played by all ages. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use Darezo only with the permission of a parent or guardian. "Spicy" questions are for adults only, and every player must be 18 or older to play them.
3. Play responsibly
Darezo is for fun between people who want to play. Only play with willing participants, respect everyone's boundaries, skip any truth or dare that makes someone uncomfortable, never use the game to pressure, humiliate or harm anyone, and make sure physical dares are safe where you are.
4. Online rooms & your cards
Only invite people you know to online rooms, and use a name that is not offensive: offensive names are refused. Hosts can remove players, and any player can report another player to us from the waiting room. We review reports within 24 hours and may block abusive use. Cards you write stay on your phone and are never shared. Reports about our cards help us fix or remove them; a card reported by several players is hidden for everyone. Online features may change or be unavailable at times.
5. No warranty
Darezo is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be error-free or that every question suits every group. You play at your own risk.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantumPlug Technologies LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the choices players make while playing.
7. Changes & governing law
We may update the app or these terms. We will post the updated terms with a new "Last updated" date and tell you in the app about important changes; if you keep using Darezo after that, the updated terms apply. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live and may bring claims in your local courts.
